Terms and conditions

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. Treatment agreement

At the start of a programme, client and practitioner enter into a treatment agreement in line with the Dutch medical treatment agreement act. Treatment is carried out by Pauline Bos, NIP registered psychologist.

The goal, the method and the expected duration of the programme are discussed in advance during the free intro call and the intake.

2. Payment terms

Invoices are to be paid within fourteen days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

  • For the Grip and Resilience programme, private rate € 995, payment in 2 instalments is possible. This is agreed in writing before the programme starts.
  • For the Trauma and Incident Care programme, private rate € 1,295, payment in 3 instalments is possible. This too is agreed before the start.
  • Employer funded programmes are invoiced to the employer in line with the agreements made.
  • If payment is not made on time, a reminder may follow. If payment continues to be withheld, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged.

3. Cancellation and no show

An appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or do not attend without notice, the regular session rate may be charged.

If you are unable to attend, we ask you to get in touch by phone or email as soon as possible.

4. Liability

Treatment is carried out to the best of my ability and judgement, in line with the professional and ethical standards of the NIP. No results or outcomes of treatment can be guaranteed.

The practice is not liable for damage arising from information not provided, or not provided in time or in full, by the client.

5. Records and confidentiality

All information shared during treatment is treated confidentially in line with the Dutch medical treatment agreement act, the GDPR and the professional code of the NIP. See the privacy policy for more information.

6. Complaints procedure

Are you unhappy with the treatment or the way you were treated? Please raise it directly with Pauline Bos first, so that we can look for a solution together.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint through the complaints and disputes scheme the practice is affiliated with, in line with the Dutch care quality, complaints and disputes act. You can also turn to the Dutch Institute of Psychologists at psynip.nl.

7. Acute crisis

This practice is not set up to provide acute crisis care. In an emergency or crisis, contact your GP, the out of hours GP service, or call 113 Suicide Prevention on 113 or free on 0800-0113.

8. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to the treatment agreement.
